What gets deleted
- Your account — name, email, login credentials
- Every medical record — medications, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, hospital admissions, diagnoses, chronic conditions
- Every uploaded file and scanned document
- Your Vault encryption keys
- Your membership in any family you belong to (dependents and other members you're not the owner of stay with the family owner's account)
This is immediate and irreversible — there is no recovery and no grace period, and deleted data ages out of our hosting backups within 30 days.
What we have to keep: GST tax invoices for any payments you made, with the payment and subscription behind them (your name, email, plan and amounts only), for the 72 months the CGST Act requires. See the Privacy Policy.
Delete from the app or website
Open the Auroksha app or auroksha.com → Profile → Delete Account, type "DELETE" to confirm, and it's done immediately. That screen and the form below do exactly the same thing.

After logging in, come back to this page (or use Profile → Delete Account) to delete your account. Deletion is immediate once you confirm — no waiting on us.
If you're a family owner
Your family's Vault PIN is shared, so deleting your account would lock everyone else out of it. We block the deletion until you remove the other members first (Family → remove each member) — this is the only case where self-service deletion is refused.
Can't log in?
If you've lost access to your account entirely, email info@polytechnique.in from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it for you, typically within a few business days.
